Current Itinerary

Friday 9/25/26

Please arrive to the port (wearing Official white Bollywood T-shirts and white shorts/pants/skirts) no later than 11 AM in order to get more access to parking garage and go through the security process. If you're staying at one of our Port Canaveral Hotels please take the free shuttle no later than 11 am. Masala chai and vegetable samosas will be provided by Tandoor Catering and Events!

11:30 to 3pm Group Lunch @ Windjammer with vegetarian and Non-vegetarian Indian options alongside an exclusive seafood buffet! Includes all you could eat lobster tails and more. We will also have a dedicated area for our group.

3:45 Sail away party: Join in on the Congo line and Ship's official Sailaway party! Must be on deck 16 @ 3:45 PM to participate! Please wear your Tshirts for photo/video opportunities!

5-7 pm - Please come to the conference room Deck 3 FWD to pick up your wristbands, photos with backdrop and full itinerary for entire weekend of activities. Without wristband you will not be able to enter private parties and events!

8:15-9:30 pm - Four Course group dinner in main dining room Deck 5 please be on time!

10pm-1 a.m. Bollywood & Bhangra Dance party in the "Solarium" deck #15 fwd

Saturday 9/26/26

(Ship arrives in Nassau, Bahamas from 9am-5pm)

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Bollywood fitness! Dance lessons and fitness class with Dr. Payal Patel!

9:00- 3:30 pm Free time to visit Nassau. If you purchased a Royal Beach Club pass, we are securing a special rate and area for our group.

5:00-7:00 Conference Center Games for prizes and Salsa/line dance lessons! (Please sign up with Kaye Thomas to reserve your spot, Limited space available)

8:15-9:30 Dinner in main dining room and Bollywood White Night! Best dressed competition! Wear your best White Bollywood party outfit for a special prize for the winner!

10:00 pm-1 am Bollywood and "Island" Party in the Solarium Deck 15

(Ship arrives in Cocoa Cay Bahamas at 7 AM-5pm)

8-9:30 am Bollywood fitness and dance lessons with Dr. Payal Patel!

9:30-3:30 pm Coco Cay - We will have a special area by the Oasis Lagoon for our guests to enjoy both the Beach as well as the pool area with soft Bollywood music. All the food on the island buffet is included. There are also some snack shacks that provide sandwiches and other items that are not on the main buffet.

3:30-5:30 Karaoke/Talent/Singing Contest

5:30 pm - 7 pm Games, Garba and dance lesson finals! Come show off what you have learned and participate in dance games for exciting prizes! including a chance to win a free Bollywood Cruise!

7:30-9:00 pm India night at the Windjammer! From Mango Lassi to Gelabi and some Bhangra/Bollywood music, enjoy some of your Indian favorites!

9:00 Recommend that you pack your bags and put them outside your cabin (before 10pm) and see the Aqua Show if you didn't get a chance to see it earlier!

Sunday 9/27/26

Monday: Arriving at Port Canaveral at 7 AM. Recommend to get to breakfast (buffet) by 7 AM and Debarkation is normally until 9 AM.
